Hardware Unit:
monitors up to 2 fire panels via RS232,
monitor up to 8 dry contact inputs
Telstra or Optus 4G internet connection with 2GB/month quota
Web Portal:
Access to a cloud-hosted web portal, to view and control dry contact monitoring and fire panel monitoring:
custom URL for your company, e.g. https://your-company.alarmcloud.com.au
current status of each dry contact input
enable/disable alerting on all dry contact inputs (global kill switch)
listing of alert messages from fire panels, e.g. isolations, faults and alarm
set alerting time window (e.g. 9am to 9pm)
add/moditfy/delete alert email addresses and mobile numbers
1000 SMS's to Australian mobiles, $0.08 per SMS after that
100,000 emails, $1 per 5,000 emails after that

adjustments to existing features, and creating new custom features
exclusive rights for your company to on-sell, or use internally for 2 years
